Classic Desktop Offer
To start with, we have a classic offer for outsourcing conventional workstations that will adapt to the non-critical system and to the existing one.
We will install a software agent on these machines in order to monitor and maintain them in an automated way and also to be able to connect to them on demand in order to intervene if necessary. Telephone assistance and support ticket are included.
Virtual Desktop offer:
We also offer Virtualized Workstations on themselves which offers us faster and more responsive outsourcing as much for problem solving as for a Disaster Recovery Plan.
Offers High Performance Hosting + Terminal Server Plus option:
As well as virtual desktops under Windows Server info-managed and accessible by the web or by Remode Desktop Protocol via a thin client or an obsolete workstation if necessary.
As a corollary, the hosting on our Virtualization Farms of your Windows server or Linux machines, which will therefore be info-managed by us.
Server hybrid offers:
But also in addition to our Hybrid Offers which comes down to these virtual machines and their outsourcing on a server at your home and to keep them replicated on our data center in order to provide for a possible failure of your physical server ...
Network offer: ( specific support included):
Nb: The offer Can be purchased separately or through the hybrid offer.
Our router Layer 2 will let your virtual machine with us be accessible from your local network in place of your physical server and this in all transparency. No more costly and redundant installation at home and having to depend on a physical intervention on site to restore the situation to normal.
Furthermore we can set up a home two internet connections to ensure the resilience of the latter.
Outsourcing and level of support:
Understand that the TELEADMIN cloud is a turnkey solution for which we provide complete outsourcing. It starts from the virtualization / replication / backup system and you only have control over the content of your virtual machines. We guarantee the integrity of our service and by the same to maintain your reachable server as well as to restore you a backup of the state of your server with 2 months of history and a fine granularity on simple request.
In our basic offer you are therefore responsible for the content of your Windows server and you then have administrator rights for the virtual machines you operate. You then have to administer them and consequently we cannot access ourselves inside your virtual machines either and therefore only confine ourselves to performing tasks relating to the maintenance of the virtualization system as well as replication / backup / restoration of said VMs this possibly on your request. We also keep under our responsibility the complete outsourcing of your private cloud if your services are partially hosted on your premises by means of our hybrid servers.
That said, for simplification reasons, we will install your Windows virtual machine for you upon delivery. You are free to change the password immediately.

Outsourcing Consulting (Free):
You manage the virtual machine (s) and have the administrator codes of your Windows virtual machines hosted at your home or with us.
In this case we support you and administer your server in parallel, however our responsibility is limited within the framework of the Windows system perimeter but you can always count on us to help and advise you in any area relating to the maintenance of your server. We are of course also always required to offer you a backup so that you can fall back on your feet. You therefore have administrator rights as well as us even on your Windows virtual server.
Complete outsourcing:
We then install for you all your applications, you only have the rights required for their use. Whether in managed outsourcing or full, we will never give you the rights to the underlying virtualization system so that everyone's responsibilities are respected. In total outsourcing you therefore have no administrator rights but we then guarantee all the rest so that you have nothing more to do than operate your applications without worrying about anything else.
Apart from the offers of servers which include in their breasts the free managed outsourcing option you can also subscribe to a paid managed outsourcing for your preexisting classic workstations and servers.
Similarly it is possible to subscribe to a complete outsourcing of your workstations.
In the latter case you will no longer have the administrator password on your own workstation but just to focus on your productivity.
If you want complete or comprehensive advice and management on your classic workstations, you will need to subscribe to a minimum of a ZFS Hybrid MICRO-SERVER.
This NAS ZFS dedicated to backup on your network is imperative to allow us to archive your operating system for possible restoration if one of your workstations no longer starts for a software reason. We will provide you with a special USB key to allow us to restore your backups for you remotely, even from a computer from which Windows no longer starts!
A second internet connection is highly recommended in your company. We will establish for you a redundancy of the connection for your stations allowing to easily support permanent transfers without slowing down your internet access speeds and at the same time guaranteeing that we thus always have a foothold in your network.
